**第一項**  公安委員会は、前条第一項の許可をしようとするときは、同条第二項の規定により提出を受けた申請書に記載された特定自動運行計画が次に掲げる基準に適合するかどうかを審査して、これをしなければならない。

When the public safety commission intends to grant the permission under paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, it must do so after examining whether the specified automated operation plan stated in the written application submitted under paragraph (2) of that Article conforms to the following standards:
