  **第一項**  普通自転車は、道路標識等により並進することができることとされている道路においては、第十九条の規定にかかわらず、他の普通自転車と並進することができる。ただし、普通自転車が三台以上並進することとなる場合においては、この限りでない。

  Notwithstanding Article 19, if permitted by road signs or markings, a person riding a standard bicycle may ride abreast of a person riding another standard bicycle; provided, however, that this does not apply it would result in three or more standard bicycles riding abreast of one another.
