**第一項** この法律又はこの法律に基づく命令の規定により国家公安委員会の権限に属する事務（第百十条第一項の規定による指定に係るものを除く。）は、政令で定めるところにより、警察庁長官に委任することができる。

Administrative processes falling within the authority of the National Public Safety Commission pursuant to this Act or an order based on this Act (other than processes involved in a designation under Article 110, paragraph (1)) may be delegated to the Commissioner General of the National Police Agency pursuant to Cabinet Order.
