### 第二十八条（国民年金の被保険者である者に係る届出の付記事項） — Matters to Be Additionally Stated in a Notification Concerning a Person Who Is an Insured Person under National Pension

**第一項**  法第二十九条に規定する政令で定める事項は、次の各号に掲げる届出の区分に応じ、当該各号に掲げる事項とする。
