**第一項**  法第二十二条第二項に規定する住所の異動に関する文書で政令で定めるものは、前住所地の市町村長が作成する転出の証明書（以下「転出証明書」という。）とする。

The document concerning a change of domicile specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 22, paragraph (2) of the Act is the certification of moving out prepared by the mayor of the municipality of the previous address (hereinafter referred to as the "certificate of moving out").
