**第一項**  保護の実施機関は、第二十六条の規定により保護の廃止を行うに際しては、当該保護を廃止される者が生活困窮者自立支援法第三条第一項に規定する生活困窮者に該当する場合には、当該者に対して、同法に基づく事業又は給付金についての情報の提供、助言その他適切な措置を講ずるよう努めるものとする。
