**第一項** 第三十七条（第一項ただし書を除く。）の規定は、離縁の訴えに係る訴訟における和解（これにより離縁がされるものに限る。）並びに請求の放棄及び認諾について準用する。

The provisions of Article 37 (excluding the proviso to paragraph (1)) apply mutatis mutandis to a settlement in litigation connected with an action to dissolve an adoptive relationship (limited to a settlement through which the adoptive relationship is dissolved) as well as to the waiver or acknowledgement of a claim in that litigation.
