  **第一項**  この法律に規定する委員会の権限及び第百五十条第一項又は第四項の規定により事業所管大臣又は金融庁長官に委任された権限に属する事務は、政令で定めるところにより、地方公共団体の長その他の執行機関が行うこととすることができる。
