**第一項** 旧法第二十七条の規定により旧法第二条第七項に規定する第三者型発行者とみなされていた者は、その発行した前払式証票の債務の履行を完了する目的の範囲内においては、第三者型発行者とみなして、この法律の規定を適用する。
