**第一項**  認定資金決済事業者協会の役員若しくは職員又はこれらの職にあった者は、その職務に関して知り得た秘密を漏らし、又は盗用してはならない。

An officer or an employee of a certified association for payment service providers, or a person who was formerly in that position must not divulge or misappropriate any confidential information learned in the course of their duties to any person.

**第二項**  認定資金決済事業者協会の役員若しくは職員又はこれらの職にあった者は、その職務に関して知り得た情報を、認定業務の用に供する目的以外に利用してはならない。
