### 第八条（登録の申請） — (Application for Registration)

  **第一項**  前条の登録を受けようとする者は、内閣府令で定めるところにより、次に掲げる事項を記載した登録申請書を内閣総理大臣に提出しなければならない。

  A person who intends to obtain registration referred to in the preceding Article must, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Office Order, submit a written application for registration containing the following particulars to the Prime Minister:

    **六**  物品等の購入若しくは借受けを行い、若しくは役務の提供を受ける場合にこれらの代価の弁済のために使用し、又は物品等の給付若しくは役務の提供を請求することができる期間又は期限が設けられているときは、当該期間又は期限

  **第二項**  前項の登録申請書には、第十条第一項各号に該当しないことを誓約する書面、財務に関する書類その他の内閣府令で定める書類を添付しなければならない。
