  **第一項**  資金清算機関は、業務方法書の定めるところにより、資金清算業を行わなければならない。

    **六**  資金清算業及びこれに関連する業務以外の業務を行う場合にあっては、当該業務が資金清算業の適正かつ確実な遂行を妨げないことを確保するための措置に関する事項

    **七**  資金清算業の一部を第三者に委託する場合にあっては、当該委託に係る業務を適正かつ確実に遂行させることを確保するための体制の整備に関する事項
