  **第一項**  この章における主務大臣は、次の各号に掲げる場合の区分に応じ、当該各号に定める大臣とする。

  **第三項**  第一項第一号に掲げる場合において、第六十三条の三十五第一項及び第二項に規定する主務大臣の権限は、内閣総理大臣又は財務大臣がそれぞれ単独に行使することを妨げない。

  In the case set forth in paragraph (1), item (i), the Prime Minister or the Minister of Finance is not precluded from exercising the authority of the competent minister prescribed in Article 63-35, paragraphs (1) and (2) independently.

  **第四項**  主務大臣は、前項の規定によりその権限を単独で行使したときは、速やかに、その結果を他の主務大臣に通知するものとする。
