**第一項** 主務大臣は、次の各号に掲げる者から為替取引分析業務の委託を受けた為替取引分析業者に対し、第六十三条の三十六又は第六十三条の三十七第一項若しくは第二項の規定による処分を行おうとするときは、あらかじめ、当該各号に掲げる者の区分に応じ、当該各号に定める大臣に協議しなければならない。
