  **第一項**  内閣総理大臣は、前条第一項若しくは第二項の規定により第六十三条の二十二の二の登録を取り消したとき、又は第六十三条の二十二の二十三第三項の規定により第六十三条の二十二の二の登録がその効力を失ったときは、当該登録を抹消しなければならない。
