### 第五十七条（登録の抹消） — (Deletion of Registration)

  **第一項**  内閣総理大臣は、前条第一項若しくは第二項の規定により第三十七条の登録を取り消したとき、又は第六十一条第二項の規定により第三十七条の登録がその効力を失ったときは、当該登録を抹消しなければならない。

  When the Prime Minister revokes the registration referred to in Article 37 pursuant to provisions of paragraph (1) or (2) of the preceding Article or when the registration referred to in Article 37 has ceased to be effective pursuant to the provisions of Article 61, paragraph (2), the Minister must delete the registration.
