  **第一項**  この節に規定するもののほか、資金移動業者の本店の所在地の変更に伴う履行保証金の保管替えその他履行保証金の供託に関し必要な事項は、内閣府令・法務省令で定める。

  Beyond what is provided for in this Section, a change of official depository for security deposits for providing funds transfer services due to the change of the location of the head office of a funds transfer service provider and other particulars necessary for making the security deposits for providing funds transfer services are prescribed by Cabinet Office Order and Ministry of Justice Order.
