### 第四十六条（供託命令） — (Order to Deposit)

**第一項** 内閣総理大臣は、資金移動業の利用者の利益の保護のために必要があると認めるときは、次の各号に掲げる者に対し、当該各号に定める額の全部又は一部を供託すべき旨を命ずることができる。
