### 第三十五条（銀行等に関する特例） — (Special Provisions for Deposit-Taking Institutions)

  **第一項**  政令で定める要件を満たす銀行等その他政令で定める者に該当する前払式支払手段発行者については、第十四条第一項の規定は、適用しない。
