**第一項**  次の各号に掲げる年度における各被用者年金保険者に係る基礎年金拠出金の額の計算については、各被用者年金保険者に係る第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令（以下「新国民年金法施行令」という。）第十一条の二第二号に定める数は、同号の規定にかかわらず、当該各号に定める数とする。
