**第一項**  この政令は、公布の日から施行し、この政令による改正後の第六条の二の規定は、昭和三十六年四月一日から適用する。

This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation, and the provisions of Article 6-2 as amended by this Cabinet Order apply from April 1, 1961.
