**制定文（一）**  内閣は、国民年金法（昭和三十四年法律第百四十一号）第三条第二項、第三十六条、第四十一条第一項及び第六十五条第五項（第六十六条第二項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定に基き、この政令を制定する。
