**第一項** 法第三十三条の二第一項に規定する障害基礎年金の受給権者によつて生計を維持している子は、当該障害基礎年金の受給権者と生計を同じくする者であつて厚生労働大臣の定める金額以上の収入を有すると認められる者以外のものその他これに準ずる者として厚生労働大臣が定める者とする。

A child whose livelihood is maintained by a person entitled to receive a disability basic pension, as prescribed in Article 33-2, paragraph (1) of the Act, is a child who shares a livelihood with the person entitled to receive that disability basic pension, other than one who is found to have income of an amount specified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare or more, or any other person specified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as equivalent thereto.
