**第一項**  施行日前に行われた療養に係る国民健康保険法の規定による療養費、特別療養費、特例療養費又は高額療養費の額並びに同法第四十三条第三項の規定による差額の支給及び同法第五十六条の規定による差額の支給については、なお従前の例による。
