**第一項** 新国保法第百十六条の二の規定は、同条に規定する入所措置が採られたため平成七年四月一日以後に一の市町村又は特別区（以下単に「市町村」という。）の区域内に住所を有するに至った被保険者であって、当該措置が採られた際現に他の市町村の区域内に住所を有していたと認められるものについて、適用する。

The provisions of Article 116-2 of the Revised National Health Insurance Act apply to an insured person who, due to the admission measures prescribed in that Article having been taken, has come to have a domicile within the area of one Municipality or special ward (hereinafter simply referred to as "Municipality") on or after April 1, 1995, and who is found to have actually had a domicile within the area of another Municipality when those measures were taken.
