**第一項**  改正後の国民健康保険法（以下「新法」という。）第五十四条の二の規定は、この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）以後に行われる療養及び当該療養に係る療養費の支給について適用し、施行日前に行われた療養及び当該療養に係る療養費の支給については、なお従前の例による。
