**第一項**  第一号に掲げる額が第二号に掲げる額を超える市町村については、新国保法第七十条の規定にかかわらず、国は、当分の間、政令で定めるところにより、第一号に掲げる額から第二号に掲げる額を控除した額の範囲内において、同条の規定により当該市町村について負担すべき額を減額することができる。
