**第一項** 当分の間、第七十二条第二項に規定する調整交付金の総額は、同項の規定にかかわらず、同項の規定により算定された額から、第七十条第三項の規定により国が負担する費用の額から当該費用の額以内の額を控除した額を控除した額として予算で定める額とする。
