**第一項**  この法律に特別の規定があるものを除くほか、この法律の実施のための手続その他その執行について必要な細則は、厚生労働省令で定める。

Unless otherwise specially provided for in this Act, procedures for the enforcement of this Act and other detailed regulations necessary for the execution thereof shall be prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
