**第一項**  市町村及び組合は、特定健康診査等を行うものとするほか、これらの事業以外の事業であつて、健康教育、健康相談及び健康診査並びに健康管理及び疾病の予防に係る被保険者の自助努力についての支援その他の被保険者の健康の保持増進のために必要な事業を行うように努めなければならない。
