**第一項** 国民医療法施行令の一部を改正する勅令（昭和二十二年勅令第百三十七号）附則第二項の規定に該当する者は、第十一条の規定にかかわらず、医師国家試験を受けることができる。

A person who falls under the provisions of paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Imperial Ordinance to Partially Revise the Order for Enforcement of the Medical Care Act (Imperial Ordinance No. 137 of 1947) may take the national examination for medical practitioners, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 11.
