**第一項**  旧法若しくは旧医師法又はこれに基いて発する命令又は右の命令に基いてなした処分に違反した者の処罰については、なお旧法又は旧医師法による。

With regard to punishment on persons who have violated the former Act, the former Medical Practitioners' Act, orders issued based on these, or dispositions made based on those orders, the provisions of the former Act and the former Medical Practitioners' Act remain applicable.
