### 第三十二条

**第一項**  第七条第一項の規定により医業の停止を命ぜられた者で、当該停止を命ぜられた期間中に、医業を行つたものは、一年以下の拘禁刑若しくは五十万円以下の罰金に処し、又はこれを併科する。
