  **第一項**  地域医療連携推進法人については、一般社団法人及び一般財団法人に関する法律第五条第一項、第四十九条第二項（第六号に係る部分（同法第百四十八条第三号の社員総会に係る部分に限る。）に限る。）、第六十七条第一項及び第三項並びに第五章の規定は、適用しない。

  The provisions of Article 5, paragraph (1), Article 49, paragraph (2) (limited to the part pertaining to item (vi) (limited to the part pertaining to the general meeting of members set forth in item (iii) of Article 148)), Article 67, paragraphs (1) and (3), and Chapter V of the Act on General Incorporated Associations and General Incorporated Foundations do not apply to a regional medical coordination promotion corporation.
