  **第一項**  厚生労働大臣は、第三十八条及び第三十八条の二の規定の施行に必要な限度において、製造販売業者又は製造業者に対し、その業務若しくは経理の状況に関し報告させ、又は当該職員に、これらの者の営業所、事務所その他の事業場に立ち入り、帳簿、書類その他の物件を検査させることができる。
