  **第一項**  医療機関機能等報告対象病院等であつて外来医療を提供するもの（以下この条において「外来機能報告対象病院等」という。）の管理者は、地域における外来医療に係る病院及び診療所の機能の分化及び連携の推進のため、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、次に掲げる事項を当該外来機能報告対象病院等の所在地の都道府県知事に報告しなければならない。

  **第二項**  都道府県知事は、外来機能報告対象病院等の管理者が前項（第二号に係る部分を除く。）の規定による報告をせず、又は虚偽の報告をしたときは、期間を定めて、当該外来機能報告対象病院等の開設者に対し、当該管理者をしてその報告を行わせ、又はその報告の内容を是正させることを命ずることができる。
