**第一項**  連合会について国民健康保険法第百六条及び第百八条の規定を適用する場合において、これらの規定中「事業」とあるのは、「事業（介護保険法（平成九年法律第百二十三号）第百七十七条に規定する介護保険事業関係業務を含む。）」とする。

In a case when the provisions of Article 106 and Article 108 of the National Health Insurance Act apply to an Association, the term "business" in these provisions is deemed to be replaced with "business (including Business Relevant to A Long-Term Care Insurance Project that is as prescribed in Article 177 of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act (Act No.123 of 1997)."
