**第一項**  保険審査会に、要介護認定又は要支援認定に関する処分に対する審査請求の事件に関し、専門の事項を調査させるため、専門調査員を置くことができる。

Expert investigators may be appointed to a Certification Committee for Insurance in order for said expert to investigate special matters concerning a case of an application for examination of action executed concerning a Certification of Needed Long-Term Care or a Certification of Needed Support.
