  **第一項**  この節に規定するもののほか、保険料の賦課及び徴収等に関する事項（特別徴収に関するものを除く。）は政令で定める基準に従って条例で、特別徴収に関して必要な事項は政令又は政令で定める基準に従って条例で定める。

  In addition to the provisions as prescribed in this Section, matters concerning imposition and collection, etc., of an insurance premium (except for those matters concerning special collection) are specified by Order in accordance with standards determined by a Cabinet Order, and the necessary matters concerning special collection are specified by a Cabinet Order or ordinance in accordance with standards determined by a Cabinet Order.
