  **第一項**  特別徴収義務者は、前条第一項の規定による通知を受けた場合においては、同項に規定する支払回数割保険料額を、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、当該年の十月一日から翌年三月三十一日までの間において特別徴収対象年金給付の支払をする際徴収し、その徴収した日の属する月の翌月の十日までに、これを当該市町村に納入する義務を負う。

  **第四項**  特別徴収義務者は、第百三十五条の規定により当該特別徴収義務者が徴収すべき保険料に係る特別徴収対象被保険者が当該特別徴収義務者から特別徴収対象年金給付の支払を受けないこととなった場合その他厚生労働省令で定める場合においては、その事由が発生した日の属する月の翌月以降徴収すべき保険料額は、これを徴収して納入する義務を負わない。
