  **第一項**  市町村長は、指定介護予防支援事業者が、次の各号に掲げる場合に該当すると認めるときは、当該指定介護予防支援事業者に対し、期限を定めて、それぞれ当該各号に定める措置をとるべきことを勧告することができる。
