  **第一項**  市町村長は、次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合においては、当該指定地域密着型介護予防サービス事業者に係る第五十四条の二第一項本文の指定を取り消し、又は期間を定めてその指定の全部若しくは一部の効力を停止することができる。

  A mayor of a Municipality, in a case that corresponds to any of the following items, may rescind the appointment as service provider as set forth in the main clause of Article 54-2, paragraph (1) pertaining to said Designated Provider of Community-Based Service for Preventive Long-Term Care or suspend the whole or a part of the effect of said appointment as service provider by specifying a period:
