    **第一項**  医療法（昭和二十三年法律第二百五号）第九条第二項の規定は、介護老人保健施設の開設者について、同法第十四条の四並びに第十五条第一項及び第三項の規定は、介護老人保健施設の管理者について、同法第三十条の規定は、第百一条、第百二条第一項、第百三条第三項及び第百四条第一項の規定による処分について準用する。この場合において、これらの規定に関し必要な技術的読替えは、政令で定める。

    The provisions of Article 9, paragraph (2) of the Medical Care Act (Act No. 205 of 1948) apply mutatis mutandis to an Establisher of a Long-Term Care Health Facility, the provisions of Article 14-4 and Article 15, paragraphs (1) and (3) of the same Act apply mutatis mutandis to a manager of a Long-Term Care Health Facility, and the provisions of Article 30 of the same Act apply mutatis mutandis to dispositions pursuant to the provisions of Article 101, Article 102, paragraph (1), Article 103, paragraph (3) and Article 104, paragraph (1). In this case, necessary technical replacement of the terms of these provisions is specified by a Cabinet Order.
