**第一項**  市町村は、被保険者（当該市町村が行う介護保険の住所地特例適用被保険者を除き、当該市町村の区域内に所在する住所地特例対象施設に入所等をしている住所地特例適用被保険者を含む。次項第七号、第四項第三号、第百十五条の四十七第十項及び第百十五条の四十九を除き、以下この章において同じ。）の要介護状態等となることの予防又は要介護状態等の軽減若しくは悪化の防止及び地域における自立した日常生活の支援のための施策を総合的かつ一体的に行うため、厚生労働省令で定める基準に従って、地域支援事業として、次に掲げる事業（以下「介護予防・日常生活支援総合事業」という。）を行うものとする。
