**第一項** この省令は、外国弁護士による法律事務の取扱いに関する特別措置法の一部を改正する法律（令和二年法律第三十三号）の施行の日から施行する。ただし、第一条の規定は、同法附則第一条ただし書に規定する規定の施行の日（令和二年八月二十九日）から施行する。

This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Act on Special Measures Concerning the Handling of Legal Services by Foreign Lawyers (Act No. 33 of 2020) comes into effect; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 1 come into effect as of the date on which the provisions prescribed in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act come into effect (August 29, 2020).
