**第一項**  この省令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、表の法別表第一の四の表の留学の項の下欄に掲げる活動の項の改正規定は平成二十八年四月一日から、表の法別表第一の二の表の興行の項の下欄に掲げる活動の項の改正規定は同年六月二十三日から施行する。

This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provision amending, in the table, the entry for the activities listed in the right-hand column under "Student" of the Appended Table I (4) of the Act comes into effect as of April 1, 2016, and the provision amending, in the table, the entry for the activities listed in the right-hand column under "Entertainer" of the Appended Table I (2) of the Act comes into effect as of June 23, 2016.
