**第一項** この省令は、労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の就業条件の整備等に関する法律等の一部を改正する法律の施行の日から施行する。ただし、第二条中表法別表第一の二の表の技能実習の項の下欄第一号イに掲げる活動の項下欄第十一号及び第十八号並びに表法別表第一の二の表の技能実習の項の下欄第一号ロに掲げる活動の項下欄第十六号並びに表法別表第一の四の表の研修の項の下欄に掲げる活動の項下欄第十号の改正規定は、平成二十四年七月九日から施行する。
