**第一項** この省令の施行の際現に法別表第一の四の表の研修の在留資格をもって在留する外国人（附則第三条第一号及び第二号に掲げる場合を除く。）は、新基準省令の表の法別表第一の二の表の技能実習の項の下欄第一号イに掲げる活動の項の下欄第十一号及び法別表第一の二の表の技能実習の項の下欄第一号ロに掲げる活動の項の下欄第二十四号から第二十九号までの適用については、技能実習の在留資格（法別表第一の二の表の技能実習の項の下欄第一号イ又はロに係るものに限る。）をもって本邦に在留する技能実習生とみなす。
