**第一項**  この法律は、昭和四十年八月一日から施行する。ただし、第二条及び附則第十三条の規定は昭和四十年十一月一日から、第三条並びに附則第十四条から附則第四十三条まで及び附則第四十五条の規定は昭和四十一年二月一日から施行する。

This Act comes into effect on August 1, 1965; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 2 and Article 13 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on November 1, 1965, and the provisions of Article 3, Articles 14 through 43 of the Supplementary Provisions and Article 45 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on February 1, 1966.

**第一項**  事業が数次の請負によつて行なわれる場合における災害補償であつて、昭和四十年七月三十一日以前に生じた事故に係るものについては、前条の規定による改正前の労働基準法第八十七条の規定の例による。

**第一項**  昭和四十一年二月一日前に生じた事由に係る労働基準法第七十五条から第七十七条まで、第七十九条及び第八十条の規定による災害補償については、前条の規定による同法第七十九条及び第八十四条第一項の規定の改正にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
