**第一項**  工場法、工業労働者最低年齢法、労働者災害扶助法、商店法、黄燐燐寸製造禁止法及び昭和十四年法律第八十七号は、これを廃止する。

The Factory Act, Act on the Minimum Age of Industrial Workers, Workers' Compensation Act, Shop Act, Act on the Prohibition of Manufacturing Yellow Phosphorus Matches, and Act No. 87 of 1939 are repealed.
